  • What's a branding kit?
    A branding kit is a collection of brand elements such as logos, submarks, fonts, color palettes, and graphics. It’s the foundation on which you’ll build your brand identity and brand presence, both online and offline. You can use your branding kit and its elements on your website, social media, products, packaging, email correspondence, and promo materials. We created our branding kits with you in mind because we know first-hand how challenging it is to start a new business from scratch. Even if you’re rebranding, you still need a strong brand identity to make a lasting impression on your customers. This is where our semi-custom branding kits come in. They’re affordable and easily adaptable to any business model and brand vision.
  • What does “semi-custom” mean?
    A semi-custom branding kit refers to a pre-made branding kit. These branding kits are sold multiple times to different businesses and brands with slight changes. The semi-custom branding kits are customized by us, so you don’t need any design software or design skills. We will deliver the files in high-quality resolution ready to use. The ‘semi-custom’ part refers to changing the business name and tagline, as well as optionally changing the colors and fonts. The rest of the branding kit elements cannot be changed. These semi-custom branding kits are more affordable and have faster turnaround times than a fully custom brand. If you’re looking to launch your brand fast, our pre-made branding kits are the perfect fit for you.
  • What’s included?
    Each branding kit includes: 🗸 Main Logo Design (PNG file in color + black and white) 🗸 1 Logo Variation + 1 Submark (PNG files in color + black and white) 🗸 Carefully curated color palette (with Hex, RGB, and CMYK color codes) 🗸 Font Selection (with links to the fonts we’ve used) 🗸 12 Free-To-Use Photos (links to the images) 🗸 Icons (PNG files in color + black and white) 🗸 Favicon (.ico + PNG files in color + black and white) 🗸 Pattern (PNG file in color + black and white) 🗸 Moodboard (in JPG + PDF files) For each branding kit, you can purchase add-ons to complete your brand.   • What’s the turnaround time?
    After purchasing your branding kit (and optional add-ons), you’ll receive a questionnaire from us to fill out with your business information. After you submit the questionnaire, please allow up to 3 business days to receive your branding kit personalized with your business information.
  • Will I get the images in the branding kit moodboard?
    With your branding kit, you’ll receive a PDF document containing links to 12 free-to-use images from Unsplash or Pexels. All 12 images have been carefully curated by us to match the branding kit color palette, concept, and story. You are always free to source your own images to use for your new brand.
  • Will I get the fonts?
    Due to font licensing laws, we are unable to send out any font files. However, you will receive a PDF document with the names of the fonts and links where you can download or purchase them.
  • What can I change in my branding kit?
    You can change the business name and tagline. Optionally, you can change the typeface/fonts and color palette with your own choices. You will be able to enter this information in our questionnaire. You cannot change the font and style of the logos and submarks. You also cannot change the brand elements or the patterns.
  • What add-ons are available for the branding kits?
    Currently, we offer the following branding kit add-ons: 🠆 Business Card (2 sides) 🠆 Note Card / Thank You Card (2 sides) 🠆 Email Signature Please note: You can change the font and colors of the add-ons but you cannot change the overall style.
  • Will my brand be unique?
    Your brand may look similar to other brands that have purchased the same branding kit. You should expect other brands out there to have similar brand logos, colors, and elements. If you’d like to have a brand that’s completely unique to your business that no one else has, contact us to ask about our custom brand packages and availability. Please note that custom brand work can take 4-6 weeks and available spots are limited. Important: We will only sell each branding kit up to 10 times. After that, it will be marked as sold out and no longer available for purchase.
  • What is the delivery process?
    Here's the branding kit delivery process: 1. Choose your favorite branding kit based on your business type and brand vision. 2. Read the FAQs to make sure our semi-custom branding kits are right for you. 3. Purchase your chosen branding kit and any optional add-ons. 4. Once your payment is completed, you’ll receive a PDF file with a link to a questionnaire. 5. Fill out the questionnaire with your business information and submit it back to us. 6. We will customize the branding kit with your business information and send an overview for final approval. 7. After you approve, you’ll receive the complete branding kit package ready to use. 8. Enjoy your new brand and business! Note: This is a fully digital product. No physical items will be sent.
  • How many revisions are included?
    With each branding kit, you can customize your business name and tagline, and optionally the fonts and color palette. You will be able to enter this information in our branding kit questionnaire. Each additional revision will be charged $125 per hour.
  • Do you offer returns, refunds, and exchanges?
    Due to the digital nature of the products and the customizations we make, all sales are final. We do not offer returns, refunds, exchanges, or cancellations. Please make sure our branding kits are a good fit for you before you purchase.
  • What if I lose the files?
    Once you receive the complete branding kit package from us containing all the files, we strongly recommend that you back them up somewhere safe to avoid losing them. Should you need us to re-send the files, we will charge an $85 file reinstatement fee.
  • What licenses will I get with the branding kit?
    Each branding kit includes a single-use standard license. This means you are only permitted to use the branding kit and its elements for your own business only. You cannot sell, resell, edit, change, or transfer your branding kit to anyone else, including your clients and customers. You cannot claim yourself as the designer nor the owner of the branding kit and its elements. You may not claim copyright or intellectual property rights for our premade logo designs and brand elements included in the branding kits. By purchasing the products listed on our website, you agree to our Terms and Conditions. You'll find more information about the License under section 17a in the Terms and Conditions document.
